Readers will recall that Camp Duckadang's new Sequenced Low Challenges Ropes Course was installed late last year to much excitement.

Six months on and the low ropes course has provide a huge hit with adults and children alike.

After the terrible flooding last year the Camp Duckdang team and its many supporters embarked upon an extensive revitalisastion pogram including the planting of over 150 trees back in November 2011.

Camp Duckadang rang with shouts and laughter of a group of young indigenous boys taking part in the P.R.I.D.E. (Prevention Rehabilitation Intervention Diversion and Education Program) pilot camp for five days last month. 

State Member for Morayfield Mark Ryan MP and Camp Chairman Brian Stringer (pictured left) were recently on site to officially open the Camp's new sequenced low challenges rope course.  Mr Ryan said, "to have such a well resourced recreational venue catering to schools, community or social groups and organisations, set in such an idyllic location is a real asset for south east Queensland.
